The front desk helped me get a taxi quickly. The breakfast included basic items, and a made-to-order main dish. I enjoyed that the hotel is quite close to important places in the city. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They gave me a map with information.
The carpet on the stairs had some stains.

i had such a blast! the location is amazing, it is a short walk to the metro. i also loved how close it was to restaurants. plus, the breakfast buffet had so many options (especially the fruit!).
the room i had did not have a window. it wasn't mentioned when i booked. it was hard to get my bags to the room.
